Thank you for choosing us to care for your furry family member! We’re honored to be part of your dog’s journey and are committed to providing safe, enriching, and enjoyable experiences through walks, training, and social adventures. Please review our policies below to ensure a smooth and positive experience for everyone.

Booking & Payment Policy

To secure your dog’s spot for walks, pack walks, or private training, a booking request must be submitted via email at bingpawsitivesteps@gmail.com.

• Dog Walking & Pack Walks: Payment is due at the time of the walk/session. Recurring weekly memberships or packages can be pre-paid for convenience.

• Private Training: Individual sessions or packages require payment prior to the first session.

We accept payment via Venmo, PayPal, or Zelle.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans change! To avoid unnecessary charges, please notify us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule.

• Dog Walking & Pack Walks: Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance may be subject to a $15 fee.

• Private Training Sessions: Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance may be subject to a $25 fee.

Recurring package sessions cannot be refunded, but they may be rescheduled within your package expiration period whenever possible.

Scheduling & Availability

• Dog Walking: Monday–Friday, scheduled in advance

• Pack Walks: Scheduled group sessions; spots limited to 4 dogs

• Private Training: Flexible scheduling; weekdays and weekends available by appointment
